CANCELLATION POLICY
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After this window, your order may have already been processed and dispatched — cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.
To cancel, email us at support@slekova.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation". Our team will confirm whether your order can still be cancelled.
REFUND POLICY
At Slekova, we stand behind every order. If anything goes wrong, we will make it right — with a free replacement or full refund, no hassle.
ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND OR FREE REPLACEMENT
You are entitled to a full refund or free replacement if:
- Your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipment date
- Your item arrived damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery
- You received the wrong item (wrong color, size, or product)
- Your package was confirmed lost in transit by the carrier
Arrived damaged? No need to send it back. Send us a photo and short video of the damage — we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Contact us at support@slekova.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and include:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo and short video showing the issue
3. A brief description of the problem
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse after the order is placed
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer
- Delivery failure due to the recipient being unavailable, refusing delivery, or rescheduling
- Packages held or seized by customs due to unpaid import duties or taxes
- Tracking shows "Delivered" to the correct address — we are not liable for stolen or missing packages after confirmed delivery
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date
- Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, etc.)
RETURN POLICY
Due to the international nature of our fulfillment, we do not require customers to return items in person. All issues — including defective products, wrong items, or damaged goods — are resolved through a free replacement or a full refund. You keep the item.
