Most users feel the warming sensation within 15–30 minutes of applying the patch. The full therapeutic heat typically sets in within the first hour. If you feel little sensation after 45 minutes, press the patch more firmly onto your skin to improve contact.
Choose the Neck patch for cervical/shoulder tension. The Knee patch wraps around the kneecap. The Waist patch is designed for the lower back and lumbar area. The Full Body patch is a large rectangle great for thighs, calves, or any large muscle group.
The natural wormwood has a subtle, earthy-herbal scent. It is not strong enough to be detected through clothing. Most users describe it as mild and pleasant rather than medicinal — nothing like the strong smell of traditional pain creams.
Each pack contains 10 patches — a 10-day supply for daily use. For acute pain relief during a flare, one pack is a great starting point. For ongoing management of chronic joint conditions, many customers purchase 2–3 packs at once for a sustained course.
We recommend a patch test first: apply to a small area of your forearm for 2 hours. If no redness or irritation develops, proceed to full use. Avoid if you have known allergies to Artemisia (wormwood/mugwort). Do not apply to broken, inflamed, or sunburned skin.
